U.S. Representative Zach Nunn (IA-03) has revealed plans for mobile office hours across Iowa’s Third District in an effort to assist constituents who may face challenges traveling to one of the congressional offices in Creston, Des Moines, and Ottumwa.
"My top priority is providing exceptional services and support to Iowans," said Rep. Nunn. "My hope is that these mobile office hours will ensure ease of access for all Iowans to receive assistance from my office regardless of where they live in the Third District."
The mobile office hours are set to commence on Tuesday, May 7, with a schedule outlined for the month of May. Locations include Griswold City Hall in Cass County, Perry Public Library in Dallas County, Essex Lied Library in Page County, Villisca Public Library in Montgomery County, Corydon Public Library in Wayne County, and various other libraries across different counties.
The mobile office hours will provide Iowans with the opportunity to seek help from their Congressional office on a range of issues including Social Security, Medicare, passports, visas, veterans’ benefits, military records, tax returns, and other matters involving federal government agencies.
Individuals in the region will have access to these services on specific dates and times throughout May, as Rep. Nunn's team aims to make governmental assistance more accessible and convenient for residents across the district.
Furthermore, additional dates and locations for mobile office hours are expected to be announced in the future, catering to a broader range of constituents who may benefit from this initiative.
